Petals Vets was started by two best friends who met at vet school over a decade ago and were united by a shared dream of creating a modern veterinary clinic built around exceptional care and compassion. We’re so pleased to bring that dream to life with Petals, a purpose-built clinic equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
Our mission is simple: to love what we do, take pride in our work, and make a real difference for pets and their families. To achieve this, we’ve designed our practice to focus on what truly matters — building strong, lasting relationships with you and your pets.
Familiar faces
Seeing familiar faces makes all the difference when it comes to your pet’s health.
We’re proud to have a consistent team of experienced vets in clinic on a regular basis, so you’ll see clinicians who know your pet’s clinical history and treatment plans, allowing them to provide informed and consistent care.
We assign a nominated vet to each patient, meaning, where possible, we’ll always aim for you to see the same vet for each visit. This means less repeating yourself, more trust, and a vet who truly understands your pet’s personality, history, and individual needs. We as vets love seeing patients we know as much as you love seeing the same vet. Continuity of care is important to us, and we’re committed to working as a team to ensure your pet receives the highest quality care every time you visit.
Longer appointments
We believe great care starts with truly getting to know you and your pet. That’s why our routine appointments are 20 minutes, longer than the average 10 minute consults. Taking the time to listen and connect allows us to provide the thoughtful, personalised care your pet deserves.
Founder led
As an independent practice, Petals Vets is run by the people who are on the ground caring for your pets. You won’t find layers of management here - just experienced vets and nurses who are empowered to make decisions and deliver care in the way they know is best.
