NO CANCELLATION FEES and NO JOINING FEES - Unlike most practices, we don’t charge extra cancellation fees or joining fees. If you need to cancel your plan before the year is up, you will simply owe us the difference of what you’ve paid on the plan so far vs the benefits you’ve taken. Please read the Ts&Cs for full details.
If you sign up to the plan on the day of a flea/worm check appointment, we will waive the £10 flea/worm check fee.
We offer a free Puppy/Kitten health check appointment for any puppy or kitten under 3 months old that is signing up to the plan.

the Petals Pet Plan
and Pet Insurance
Our Preventative Health Plan is all about keeping your pet happy and healthy with regular care—think vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, manicures and discounts. Pet insurance, on the other hand, is there for the unexpected, covering accidents and illnesses when they arise.
While insurance helps with sudden vet bills, our plan focuses on prevention—helping to stop problems before they start. Yearly vet visits mean we can spot concerns early, giving your pet the best chance of staying well.
For complete peace of mind, we always recommend having both a good pet insurance policy and our preventative health plan. That way, you’re covered for both routine care and the unexpected.
